I just want to take a moment to let everyone know that talking with Ted was very educational & informational. He treated me as a regular person and was very knowledgeable with the information that he gave to me. No question at anytime in our conversation did he not have an answer for and he was very specific in the information that he gave me so that I completely understood what we were both talking about. He also was very interested in the fact that I had questions and took the time to listen to me and explained in detail his answer. I would highly recommend PWPA for any water situation that you might have. Not only did they replace my old softener with a new one but corrected a long time error from the prior installer who did the drain improperly and for years my prior softener was emptying about have of its recycling water was going in my Washer! They were knowledgeable, helpful, on time, and my water is the best its ever been!

Pure Water Pure Air installed a new Water Conditioner for us in our Son’s home. The installers were friendly, on time, did the work quickly with no mess. He is loving the new softer water. I would highly recommend PWPA to anyone needing their water tested and equipment installed.
